Can I speak by telephone during the treatments?
Cell phones and other electronic devices need to be silenced while in the spa, and please no telephone conversations inside.
We have a beautiful waterfront, you can enjoy while making your calls also a front outside sitting area.
How old do I have to be for spa treatments? Is there a daycare service at the spa
We have services for all age groups.
Please attended with an adult if you're under 18years of age. Are have your parents give written and verbal consent.
No, we have no daycare service.

Please refrain from bringing children unattended.
If someone is watching your child/children please have then relaxed and wait for you in back byt out waterfront the chill area.
We cannot ensure your relaxation while attending to your kids.
Are walk-ins welcome?
Yes, walk ins are welcome and will be addressed on a first come first serve basis.
Can I pay with cash?
We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and our Gift Certificates. Payment is due in full at the time of service. We do honor some third-party gift certificates including Spa Finder, Spa Wellness, and Yelp.
A credit card or gift card will be required when scheduling your spa services.
Gratuities are at your discretion and are graciously accepted by our talented team of professionals.
Is there any refund policy if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our products and services.
You would have to decide that a product or service is not right for you before leaving the spa.
As there is no refund and or exchange after leaving the spa.
For services such as lash extensions, we allow a two days grace period in which if you need your lashes shorter or longer less full or more full we will do for free.
( PLEASE NOTE THIS DOES NOT INCLUDING DOING A COMPLETE FULL SET ALL OVER AGAIN)
It however includes a full remover if that is what you seek.
What do I do if I need to cancel an appointment? Or don't show up or call can I get my deposit back.
In order to cancel or reschedule an appointment you can do two things.
Search the email for your booking and inside the email, there will be a link to do either request.
Call or text the Spa 954-866-9800 during business hours (10 am-8 pm) Please note that all messages left after 8PM will not be checked until the following day.
All deposits are non-refundable.
If you have an appointment and you do not show up or call that is called a no show/no call.
The business loses that hour in which someone could have booked, so "No!" You will not get that deposit back.
Do I need prior consultation?
If on arrival your not completely sure what is it you need then yes a consultation is needed. this is a free service we do not charge for this.
Prior to each service, your service provider will work with you through an in-depth consultation.
At this time, they will speak to you and give you a form to fill out to determine the best possible treatments and products.
How do I book an appointment with Kevi?
When booking, you will have the choice to choose who you want to work with.
Choosing Kevi will be higher at a cost as she is a senior Lash and Facial Artist / Technician.
